I receive so many questions daily from women in this (sometimes) bewildering phase of life, from those experiencing the symptoms of perimenopause, which can occur as early as our 30’s, to those in the post menopausal stage and everywhere in between. These women are feeling hopeless, depressed, tired and confused. They want to make changes but just don’t know how. That’s where I come in.
What is a wellness and lifestyle strategist you ask?
Strategist: A person with responsibility for the formulation and implementation of a strategy, which involves:
- Setting goals
- Determining actions to achieve those goals
- Mobilizing resources to execute the actions
There are doctors, therapists, pastors and support groups out there. And there are health and nutrition coaches, like me, who would love to come along beside you, give you hope and help you to take that first step on the path of behavioral changes and customized nutrition tweaks that will help you live the life of confidence and joy you’ve been searching for.
